Questions
Is this a productivity system?
No. There are no morning routines to copy and no hacks. It works on your real calendar, and the only pages that matter are the ones with your week on them.
I work shifts. Will it fit?
Yes. One of the two people you follow through the book works rotating shifts, and the Week Rhythm is built for up to three week shapes.
Why is the first review at 90 days?
In a study at University College London, people took a median of 66 days for a new daily behaviour to reach its automatic plateau, with a range from 18 to 254 days (Lally et al., 2010).
